尊敬的先生们、女士们，您们好！
我是一名旅居新西兰的中国公民。从1995年下半年开始，我遭受到了中共的脑控迫害，2011年移居海外至今依然无法摆脱中共的脑控迫害。
有时，这种迫害对我的精神和肉体以及财产造成了严重的侵害。所以，我特别希望我的祖国能够实现民主自由法治。我逃到海外七年多，中共脑控迫害的形式主要转变为，决不让我获得一个相对稳定正常的工作（主要做装修工）。在此恶劣生存环境下，我开始上网不断发表反共文章大肆抨击中共独裁统治，支持和声援海内外一切反对和揭露中共黑暗统治的斗争，并付之行动，积极参与中国海外民运组织领导的各种街头抗争活动。与此同时，我也感迷茫，因深知所有海外民运组织领导的诸如此类的抗争，对中共的极权统治构不成任何实质性的伤害。但由于我个人始终遭受电子监控迫害，也无可奈何。
直到2017年4月份，在儿子的极力推介下，我第一次观看了身在美国的中国大陆富豪郭文贵先生的爆料视频。郭先生的智慧口才和情怀，当即令我深信郭先生是我见到的最具能力与实力改变中国的第一人。此后，我就成为郭先生的狂热追随者，他的每一期爆料我都必看。他从2018年1月开始，用大量无可辩驳的事实证据（均经美国司法机构鉴定），曝光揭露了以王岐山为首的、以孟建柱、孙立军和傅政华等为骨干的中共盗国贼集团一系列令世界为之震惊的贪污腐败真相。同时，在郭先生长达1年多的爆料过程中，也大量曝光了中国外海民运组织（主要在美国）大部分早已被中共蓝金黄收买的事实真相。理所当然，郭先生也招致这些在海外近三十年，但对中国民主毫无建树的所谓民运领袖们的反扑和污蔑。
一年多来的事实证明，郭先生的爆料革命对中国国内与国际政治格局的巨变，有着广泛而深刻的巨大影响力。首先，郭先生的爆料对中南海去年的十九大人事布局产生了直接而重大的撼动力。按中共高层的老规矩，王岐山本来已到退休年龄，但独裁者习近平需要倚重王岐山的“反腐声势”，继续利用他为自己铲除政敌，习原打算挽留王续任政治局常委甚至取代李克强任国务院总理。但由于郭先生的爆料，使王岐山在党内的声望遭受毁灭性的打击，也大大加剧了中南海各派系之间的权力斗争，在中共十九大上王岐山名落孙山，最后连中共中央委员都没当上。只是在今年“两会”上，昏庸无能的习近平离不开大奸臣王岐山的辅佐，王才当上主管外交的国家副主席，而且，王岐山非常害怕因腐败遭到清算，所以，他决意要与习近平捆绑在一起，修改宪法妄图终身执掌国家大权。这在中共历史上是绝无仅有的“逆天之举”......
郭先生的爆料对国际政治经济走向也产生了重大影响。首先，郭先生的爆料革命唤醒了美国社会和西方大众，川普总统开始着手反省并纠正过去十几年来，历届美国政府对中共的绥靖政策。可以说，郭先生的爆料革命唤醒了美国政界，“狼来了！”绝不是一句口号，而是冷酷的现实。美国的政治精英们这才一致意识到，如果现在再不出手制止中共对美国社会各阶层的渗透收买，以美国为首的西方，迟早有一天就这样子被共产中国所颠覆亡国，历经几百年的西方自由民主社会和文明法治制度，将被彻底摧毁......
又如，最近马来西亚政权的和平更迭，是对郭先生爆料影响力的最有力印证。早在去年，郭先生就爆料说，盗国贼孟建柱的私生子刘特佐在马来西亚与马国政府高官勾结贪污腐化，并与中共盗国贼一起盗窃马国财富等犯罪事实。郭先生的爆料极大地震撼了马来西亚社会，并导致了今年已执政六十的国民阵线败选下台，首相纳吉布面临贪腐腐败等重罪指控，刘特佐为逃避被引渡回马来西亚而东躲西藏......
正是出于对郭先生爆料在国内外巨大影响力的极端恐惧，中共盗国贼集团显然早把“敢一人挑战当今世界第一极权”的郭先生当作最具威胁的头号敌人，千方百计地要郭先生“闭嘴”
并挖空心思地欲将郭先生引渡回中国。中共曾多次派出公安部郭声琨部长等要员，与美国政府高官商谈引渡郭先生事宜；习近平本人在与川普总统会晤时，私下里也多次开出6百多亿美元等“天价”，要将郭先生引渡回中国；去年4月19号，中共通过收买国际刑警组织以“经济犯罪”为由向郭先生发出“红色通缉令”，并勒令美国之音“断播”当日郭先生的直播节目；盗国贼们一计不成又连生多计指使国内的相关部门，如住建部副部长黄艳等人在美起诉郭先生，甚至唆使郭先生的前女助理马蕊诬告郭先生对她犯有强奸罪,以期将他遣送回国......
总之，中共盗国贼集团为了将头号威胁引渡回中国，一直对郭先生无所不用其极。可以预见，中共与郭先生之间是一场正义与邪恶远未结束的生死决战。
最近，中共盗国贼集团及其走狗又在设计陷害郭先生，他们勾结在美国的中国民运叛徒滕彪、熊宪民(西诺）、刘刚、李伟东等人向美国的民主基金会等美国政府部门诬告郭先生帮中共消灭海外民运组织，妄图离间郭先生与真民运人士之间的关系，企图使郭先生成为中国海外民主运动的公敌与民主中国的孤家寡人......
作为郭先生“郭七条”的千万支持者之一，我有义务和责任站出来呼吁美国政府，严查滕彪等人的诬告行为并严惩以上几个等背叛美国核心价值和出卖美国国家利益的叛国者，将他们绳之以法并驱逐出境！非常感谢您们！（附：英文翻译）

My appeal letter
Dear Ladies and gentlemen, how are you!
I am a Chinese citizen who lives in New Zealand. From the second half of 1995, I suffered from the Chinese Communist Party(CCP)’s brain-control persecution. Immigrating to oversea in 2011 has still not been able to get rid of the CCP’s brain-control persecution.
Sometimes this kind of persecution has caused serious infringements on my spirit , body and property. Therefore, I particularly hope that my country can realize democratic freedom and the rule of law.
I have fled overseas for more than seven years. The CCP’s form of brain-control persecution has mainly changed that I never get a relatively stable and normal job (mainly as a decoration worker). In this harsh living environment, I began to publish articles on the Internet and constantly criticized the CCP’s dictatorship, supported and solidified with the struggle against and exposed the dark rule of the Chinese Communist Party at home and abroad, and took active part in the various street protests led by China's overseas pro-democracy movement organizations. At the same time, I also feel confused because I know that all these protests, led by overseas pro-democracy groups, did not hurt the Communist Party's totalitarian rule in any real sense. However, because I personally have been subjected to electronic surveillance and persecution, I had no choice.
It was until April of 2017, with my son’s strong recommendation, that I watched for the first time the video footage of Mr. Guo Wengui, a Chinese tycoon in the United States. Mr. Guo’s wisdom and eloquence immediately convinced me that Mr. Guo is the first person I have ever seen with the greatest ability and strength to change China. Since then, I have become a fanatical follower of Mr. Guo. I must watch each his video of revelations. From January 2018, he began to use a large number of irrefutable facts (identified by the U.S. judiciary), exposing the truth of a series of collusion and corruption in the Communist Party of China, led by Wang Qishan, Jianzhu, Sun Lijun and Fu zhenghua. At the same time, in Mr Guo's 1 year progress of revelations, also exposed that a large number of China's offshore pro-democracy movement group (mainly in the United States) has long been bribed by Chinese Communist Party using BGY plan(Blue - Lies & Rumor, Cyber Attack, Media Control! Gold - Money, Kleptocracy Bribery! Yellow - Sex Seduction! BGY is destroying the culture and threatening human beings of whole world!) Of course, Mr Guo also incurred the retaliation and slander of the so-called pro-democracy leaders who had been abroad for nearly 30 years but had no achievements in China's democracy.
The fact that more than a year has proved that Mr. Guo's explosive material revolution on China's domestic and international political structure, has a broad and profound influence. First of all, Mr. Guo’s unveiling of material has created direct and significant incentives for the layout of the 19 major personnel in Zhongnanhai last year. According to the old rules of the Chinese Communist Party, Wang Qishan had already reached the retirement age, but the dictator Xi Jinping needed to rely on Wang Qishan’s “anti-corruption campaign” and continued to use him to eradicate political opponents. Xi planned to retain Wang as the Politburo Standing Committee or even replace Li Keqiang as the State Council. Prime Minister. Another example is that the recent peaceful change in the Malaysian regime is the strongest proof of Mr Guo's influence. As early as last year, Mr Guo blew up the fact that the illegitimate son of a traitor, Jianzhu, Liutezo(Joe low) in Malaysia with the Malaysian government officials and stole Malaysian wealth and other crimes with the Chinese Communists.
Mr Guo's bursting has rocked Malaysian society and led to the defeat of the National Front, which has ruled 60 this year, and the prime Minister, Mr. Najib, has faced felony charges of corruption and bribery ......
It is in the extreme fear of Mr Guo's explosive influence at home and abroad that the Chinese communist group of traitors has apparently challenged Mr. Guo, one of the world's first totalitarian forces, to be the most threatening enemy, and to "shut up" Mr. Guo. And he sought to extradite Mr. Guo back to China.
